Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on June 22, 2026.
LawRad LLP ("LawRad") is committed to making its software and websites accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) [2.1 / 2.2], Level AA, the technical standard most widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and procurement requirements. We treat accessibility as part of building a professional tool for law firms, whose staff and clients include people with disabilities.
The Salesforce Platform and Litify
The LawRad application is built natively on the Salesforce platform and reads data from Litify, and significant portions of the user interface are provided by Salesforce's underlying technology (e.g., Salesforce Lightning). Salesforce and Litify publish their own accessibility conformance documentation (including VPAT®/ACR reports). Accordingly, the accessibility of parts of the Service depends in part on the Salesforce and Litify platforms, which are outside LawRad's direct control. We design LawRad's own components (such as the heatmap visualizations) to meet our target standard and report platform-level issues to those providers.
Measures We Take
-
Considering accessibility in the design and development of LawRad components;
-
Using semantic structure, sufficient color contrast, keyboard operability, and text alternatives where we control the interface;
-
Automated and/or manual testing; assistive-technology testing; periodic review.
Known Limitations, Compatibility & Ongoing Effort
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are compiling a list of known limitations as part of our ongoing assessment and will work to address these.
The Service is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and commonly used assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement and our practices periodically and update them as the Service evolves.
