How LawRad Is Different
It works with what you already have, and you migrate nothing. LawRad installs on top of your existing Salesforce and Litify environment as a managed package.
Your cases, your data, and your existing configuration all stay exactly where they are. LawRad reads from them: it doesn't move them, copy them out, or ask you to rebuild anything. There's no data migration project, because there's no migration at all.
Neither. LawRad sits on top of Litify; it doesn't replace it.
Litify stays your system of record, where your case data lives and where your team works. LawRad is the management layer above it: the view that tells you which cases need attention and what's about to slip. You keep everything you've built in Litify and add visibility on top. Nothing you're doing today goes away.
LawRad needs read access to the case data it monitors so it can build your heat map and alerts. It requests the minimum required to do that, nothing beyond it.
No. Because LawRad reads the data already in your system rather than changing it, installing it doesn't take your team offline, alter your cases, or interrupt anyone's work in Litify.
Your staff keeps working the way they always have. The difference they notice is that the cases needing attention start surfacing on their own, not that anything they rely on has broken or moved.
