Refund Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

We want you to be completely happy with LawRad. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within your first 30 days, we will refund your subscription fees.

• The 30-day period begins on the date your LawRad subscription is activated.

• If you are not completely happy, contact us at support@lawrad.com within 30 days of purchase and request a refund. No lengthy explanation is required.

• We will refund the subscription fees you have paid to LawRad for the initial term and deactivate your access to the Service.

• Refundable: the LawRad subscription fees you have paid for your first term.

• Not refundable: the one-time implementation fee, which covers setup and onboarding work already performed.

• This guarantee covers fees paid to LawRad only. It does not cover any fees you pay to third parties, including your Salesforce and Litify subscriptions, which are governed by your agreements with those providers.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the Service will end. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under our Terms of Service or applicable law.
